Admission Policy

Please read this carefully before applying — it covers eligibility, documentation, fees, and the rules that govern your admission.

How Registration Works

Step What Happens
1. Counselling An admissions counsellor walks you through the program you’re interested in.
2. Online Registration Pay the ₹1,100 registration fee, complete the application form, and upload colour scans of your required documents.
3. Document Verification Our admissions team reviews your uploaded documents and confirms your eligibility, typically within 48 hours.
4. Program Fee Payment Once approved, a payment link for your program fee is activated in your account.
5. LMS Access After payment, you’ll get access to your account and Learning Management System within 15 days.

Eligibility & Documentation

  • Your qualifying degree or 10+2 certificate must be issued by a university or board recognized by the appropriate Indian regulatory authority.
  • You should have completed your qualifying exams before your chosen admission batch begins.
  • Non-Indian citizens are welcome to apply, provided they first obtain the relevant AIU equivalence certification.
  • Indian students who studied at a foreign university also need AIU equivalence before applying.
  • Students who completed an engineering degree through distance education, even from a recognized university, are not eligible for these online programs.
  • The name on your application must match your 10th-standard mark sheet exactly; for postgraduate programs, it must also match your degree certificate. If your name has changed or differs across documents, you’ll need to submit a Gazette notification confirming the change — this applies to parent names on your documents too, where relevant.

Fees, Refunds & Changes

  • Registration fees are non-refundable under any circumstances.
  • Extending your program validity after your degree’s validity period ends costs ₹5,000 per additional year.
  • You may request a course or specialization change within 2 months of registering, for a ₹1,000 fee. Requests after your batch closes will not be accepted.
  • Your chosen admission batch, course, and electives are locked in at registration — changes are not accepted under any circumstances after that point.
  • Cancellations and refunds otherwise follow the university’s standard norms, communicated separately at the time of admission.

Your Responsibilities as an Applicant

  • Read and understand every eligibility condition on this page and on our website before applying.
  • Provide accurate information — incorrect or withheld information can lead to your application being rejected.
  • All official communication goes to the email address you register with, so check it regularly along with our website for updates.
  • You may be asked for additional documents at any point during your course for verification purposes — you’re expected to provide these promptly.
  • By applying, you agree to follow all university policies, including any updates issued over time.
Need to check if your board or university is officially recognized? Look it up via COBSE’s recognized boards list (for 10th/12th boards) or UGC.ac.in (for universities).

University’s Rights

  • If any information you’ve provided turns out to be false, or fees remain unpaid as per your chosen plan, the university may cancel your admission or deactivate your access to online services.
  • Your enrollment number is only generated once our enrolment team completes final verification.
  • If there’s a discrepancy between what you submitted and what’s later verified, the university may cancel your admission, and fees already paid would be forfeited.
  • Certificates are issued only after all mandatory documents have been submitted and verified.
  • This policy may be revised at any time to stay aligned with UGC norms and Government of India regulations.
